1. Who we are

GTALiveShow.com ("GTALiveShow," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent, fan-run discovery engine and directory for livestreams related to the Grand Theft Auto game series, operated by betandhedge.com, based in Cyprus.

GTALiveShow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their affiliates. All game names, trademarks, and copyrighted material referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, for identification purposes only.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using GTALiveShow — as a visitor browsing streams, or as a creator submitting an application — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

3. Who can use GTALiveShow

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a creator application. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to apply.

Some listed content may be tagged for mature audiences (for example, content with full story spoilers or mature commentary). Viewer discretion is advised; we do not independently verify the age of site visitors.

4. The service we provide

GTALiveShow allows:

• Viewers to browse and filter publicly available information about GTA-related livestreams (platform, language, content category, spoiler level, and schedule).
• Creators to apply for a free listing that may include their channel name, platform links, schedule, content tags, and approved promotional material.

The service is provided free of charge. We do not currently charge creators or viewers for standard listings. If we introduce a paid feature in the future, it will be clearly described and will require your explicit agreement before any charge applies.

5. Creator applications and listings

5.1 Submitting an application

When you apply to be listed, you confirm that:

• You own or control the channel and content you're submitting;
• The information you provide is accurate and you'll keep it reasonably up to date;
• You authorize GTALiveShow to publicly display the information and materials you submit (channel name, links, schedule, tags, and any approved clips or embeds) as part of your profile.

5.2 Review and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion, approval, or any featured placement. We review applications at our discretion and may decline, delay, or request more information before approving a listing. We aim to review applications within 5 business days, though this is not a guaranteed timeframe.

5.3 Founding Creator Program

The Founding Creator Program is limited to the first 300 approved creators. Founding Creator status, including any associated badge, is tied to the specific account and channel approved during the program and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end the Founding Creator Program, or to change what benefits it includes going forward, at our discretion — existing Founding Creator badges already granted will not be revoked without cause (see Section 5.5).

5.4 Ownership and license

You retain full ownership of your channel, content, and brand. By submitting a listing, you grant GTALiveShow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the information and materials you provide (or link to) for the purpose of operating the discovery engine — for example, showing your profile, schedule, and approved clips to viewers. This license ends when your listing is removed, either at your request or by us.

We link to and embed creator content using each platform's own official embedding tools where possible, rather than re-hosting your video files.

5.5 Removal

We may remove or suspend a listing at our discretion, including (without limitation) if:

• Submitted information is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading;
• The content violates Section 6 (Content Standards) below;
• We receive a valid legal or platform-policy complaint about the listing;
• You ask us to remove it.

You can request removal of your own listing at any time by contacting us at gtaliveshow@yahoo.com.

6. Content standards

Listings and linked content should not include, promote, or facilitate:

• Illegal activity, or content that violates the terms of service of the platform it's hosted on (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, etc.);
• Cheating, hacking, or account-compromising tools or services;
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups;
• Sexually explicit content, or content primarily directed at minors in a way that isn't age-appropriate;
• Deliberately false claims about affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other company.

We rely primarily on each platform's own moderation and terms of service, but reserve the right to remove any listing that we reasonably believe violates the standards above.

7. Advertising and third parties

GTALiveShow may display advertising from third-party ad networks, and may link to third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Discord, Formspree, and others). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Any ads shown are clearly labeled as advertising.

8. Your information and privacy

When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, channel links, and content preferences) in order to review your application and, if approved, display your public profile. This information may be stored using third-party tools we use to operate the site (for example, a form-processing service and/or a spreadsheet).

We don't sell your personal information.

9. Intellectual property

The GTALiveShow name, logo, mascot ("Leonidas"), and original site design are the property of betandhedge.com. Game names, trademarks, and any related media referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively under fair use principles; no license to that third-party IP is granted by these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GTALiveShow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any listing will drive a specific amount of traffic, viewership, or engagement. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by creators, or for the content of any external stream we link to.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTALiveShow and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
